Job Description

A Sales Executive is a professional responsible for selling a company’s products or services by identifying and establishing contact with potential customers


Responsibilities
  1. Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  2. Responsible for ensuring smooth, systematic and well maintained operation and semiar of the company
  3. Responsible for identifying specific customer needs
  4. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities
  5. Responsible for informing customers about the latest features and functions in the company's products
  6. Responsible for maintaining the online payment system and providing follow-up action with customers to ensure that problem can be solved
  7. Preparing weekly and monthly reports
  8. Responsible for providing assistance to customers encountered problems 
  9. Meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales target
  10. Perform other ad hoc tasks assign by Supervisor or Management of the company
Requirements
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor in Mass Communication / Business / Marketing or equivalent
  2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  3. Understanding of how CRM systems work
  4. Excellent communication and problem solving skills
