Job Description



Responsibilities
  1. Manage and execute paid ads on a daily basis.
  2. Launch and optimize online ads (Facebook, Instagram, Google & Linkedin).
  3. Measure and performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety metrics platform.
  4. Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (CPL, CAC, ROAS).
  5. Execute all direct campaigns through email and instant messaging.
  6. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update websites.
  7. Collaborate with internal designers to improve user experience.
  8. Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business.
  9. Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success.
  10. Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines .
  11. Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results.
  12. Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects.
  13. Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
Requirements
  1. Possess at least a Diploma in any related background.
  2. At least 1 year of solid experience in Digital Marketing role or equivalent. Experience working in a digital marketing and advertising company is an advantage.
  3. Basic experience in executing and managing ads in various channels (example : Facebook, Tiktok, SEM) is an added bonus.
  4. Understands marketing channels (SEM SEO Email Marketing, Whatsapp marketing and SMS).
  5. Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  6. Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
  7. Basic skills and experience in ads creative and copywriting.
  8. Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  9. Resourceful, attention to details and able to work with less supervision.
  10. Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to liaise with all levels.
