Job Description

Customer support professionals are integral to a company's success, serving as a direct point of contact for customers seeking assistance, guidance, or solutions regarding a product or service.

Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for providing assistance to customers related to problems encounter
  2. Responsible for ensuring that every operation is in good condition, smooth, systematic and well maintained.
  3. Responsible for identifying specific customer needs and wants.
  4. Responsible for updating and maintaining an internal database on technical issues encountered.
  5. Responsible for monitoring and managing customer complaints and providing feedback related to inquiries through communication mediums and the company's service line.
  6. Responsible for informing customers about the latest features and functions.
  7. Responsible for follow-up action with customers to ensure that the problems can be resolved.
  8. Responsible for maintaining the online payment system and providing follow-up action with customers to ensure that problems can be resolved.
  9. Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
  10. Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Management of the company.
Requirements
  1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  2. Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Support Representative
  3. Track record of over-achieving quota
  4. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  5. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  7. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
