Job Description

Finance executives are essential for overseeing a company's business transactions. Financial planning and figuring out how to settle a company's debts are within the purview of finance executives. They work together with the board of directors to manage the organization's budget and taxes in order to maximize profit and minimize expenses.


Responsibilities
  • Overseeing a company’s income, investments and expenses
  • Writing financial reports and cash-flow statements
  • Monitoring financial trends
  • Authorizing budgets
  • Monitoring company finances
  • Performing data entry
  • Overseeing the completion of financial statements
  • Documenting standard operating procedures
  • Overseeing an organization’s financial health
  • Any other matters assigned by management deem necessary as and when required
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles
  • Well organized and able to work under pressure
  • Good analytical skill
  • Able to use Microsoft Office Applications
