Job Description

A Finance Executive is a professional responsible for managing the financial aspects of a company or organization.

Responsibilities
  1. Prepare balance sheets and invoices
  2. Maintain record accounts payable and accounts receivable
  3. Ensure financial records are kept up-to-date with the daily and latest transactions 
  4. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  5. Reconcile bank statements
  6. Participate in financial audits
  7. Track bank deposits and payments
  8. Assist with budget preparation and review and implement financial policies
  9. Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or relevant field.
  2. Experience in an accounting/auditing firm is highly encouraged
  3. A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
  4. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
  5. Outstanding analytical and time management skills.
  6. Strong attention to detail.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
